Over 30 years combined experience
We are an InterNACHI Certified Home Inspection company. We are state Licensed and Insured Inspectors. Some of our team members are License General Contractors and/or engineers. We are Certified in Infrared Thermography and also Certified Mold Assessors.
We are able to find leaks, hot spots and energy loss using our state of the art military style cameras.
We are the first ones to arrive and the last ones to leave.
We offer full home inspections services for all of our clients, including home buyers, current homeowners, and investors. We pride ourselves on providing a comprehensive examination of your home, with a detailed report indicating areas of concern, and complete follow-up after the inspection.
4 Point Inspection
Most Insurance Carriers require a 4 Point Inspection for properties that are 25-30 or more years of effective age. The four components inspected are the roof, the heating system, the electrical system, and the plumbing system. Any defect or items of concern will be noted.
Wind Mitigation Verification may reduce Insurance Premiums if any changes have been made to the roof or structure, including a new roof covering. I will verify that the features of your roof and attachments or accessories are documented to provide accurate information for any discounts available.
We can see through walls without knocking holes in them. We can find active leaks in walls and ceilings. We can detect overheated circuits and missing insulation and A/C loss.
